if it's not a long trek guys ok lng nman to bring canned goods kc redi to cook na, but if like mga 2-3 days walk to the summit mabigat na yan kc everyday your getting tired and it's getting heavier ang things na dala mo..master j kung ok yung sabi ko na conduct the BLC dun na sa camp site mas ok rin..

Guys,

Now that we have just finished celebrating the birthdays of our fellow forumers from Trang, a small group of SP people is now ready to commence talk with those who are going to help prepare the interested climbers for our first climb. Be a little bit more patient... meanwhile, from the group's last talk, it was emphasized to keep ourselves ready by building up endurance. So guys, keep doing those aerobic/exercise programs, keep on playing badminton, and any other training you deem appropriate.

Soon...

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more.
It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity.
It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.
Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow

D' pre, welcome back. We are aware na atat na ang marami. Safety muna ang inuuna kasi nga maulan ngayon. Pero, magsusurvey kami ng lugar soon. Anong araw ka free? Saturday pwede ka?

Malamig na sa Chiang Rai ngayon. This is the best time to come and do a trek. There are also a few places where you might want to go like the Burmese border town, the Hall of Opium Museum sa golden triangle, or even to have lunch at a freshwater prawn farm! YUMMM!!!

Wala akong reklamo kahit mainit!Ayoko nga ng aircon dito sa school.
