We are also proud of you...

In my own point of view, I am proud of you because you are earning dollars!

By the way, you are not in Thailand...right?

In that case, you are so lucky to be a caregiver elsewhere coz, as far as I've heard and known, Filipino caregivers here are receiving not so good income.  I hope you can be of help by posting tips on how they can have a better life as a caregiver elsewhere.

Good luck!  Again, we in SP are so proud of you!

Ideally, any type of legal work should be regarded as honorable.  I couldn't understand some call it degrading when parents have to clean their babies' messes and sometimes their oldies', too.  I can appreciate it now when I have to clean my baby's poop, and when my father did to my grandma.  It should be a shame for an educated man or woman not to appreciate this, even if it may not be your taste.  This is more honorable than what dirty politicians, do; than what criminals do; etc.  It takes a narrow mind to say this is degrading.  It's a mental attitude related to taste or likes.

Just for fun, without any intention, I would love to do the butt washing, especially if it was Governor Palin's of Alaska...(hoy, wag kayong magsumbong sa Mrs. ko ha!)

if you are happy in what you are doing right now, you shouldn't feel "degraded" at all. Be proud that the money you're sending to your family comes from all the hardwork you've done.

Keep up the honest job...  Cool
