My promo ang thai airways ngayun,,,napakamura lang! And PAL as well, wag lang Cebu Pacific kasi ang sinasabi nilang mura is mahal parin!
You'll pay 1,620 for the tax sa Airport and another 750.

if u have some friends here in thailand let them ask about the airfare from mla-bkk, kasi mas mura pag dito ka bumili, as what they've said may promo ang kuwait air, at pal ngayun, pag galing ka ng pinas if you are a tourist you will pay the travel tax which is 1,620 and terminal fee na 750.. baggage allowance, PAL 20 kgs. Kuwait air 30 kgs..

This reply may be too late, pero sana makatulong parin at macontinue ang post na ito to help others in planning their trip...

Got my ticket for 4K+ roundtrip mla-bkk-mla from cebu pacific. Don't Know

Oh you don't need to pay anything here sa Bkk airport, inclusive na sa  air ticket ang airport/terminal fee. I can confirm that 750 terminal fee  sa Pilipinas papunta dito sa Bkk pero di ko alam yung travel tax na 1,650. And don't forget 15kilos nalang baggage allowance ngayon both PAL and Cebu Pacific. P200 per kilo sa excess baggage.

Just to add info, OFWs btw, don't need to pay anything din sa Pilipinas (pabalik here sa Bangkok), exempted tayo sa 750 terminal fee benefit ng OWWA. You just have to show your OWWA receipt sa counter before sa Immigration.

If you're not an OWWA member, then you have to pay the 750.

you can check the details in your issued ticket, mostly tickets issued in the philippines are inclusive of travel tax. in case ot terminal fees, payable within the terminal itself, not unless they have an agreement with the airlines.

goodluck on your trip

@ Reign Butterfly There are a lot of taxes included on my ticket pero puro abbreviation ang tax indicated like WAF, TS, INS etc. pro walang PTT... hehehe bahala na si batman charge it to experience na lang.

@ metalcotton thanks sa reminder good thing na backpacker lang ako, kaya no worries sa mga excess baggage. as in isang backpack lang tlga ako bumayahe except for official travels ehehehe.

First time ko rin kasing mag Cebu Pacific for international flight...

wheewww learned new things again... Thanks talagang kailangan ko na magbigay ng +karma I wish alam ko pano magbigay nun hehe. SP forum helped me a lot I swear. Kudos to everyone.

you are right, think positive na lang, no need to worry basta provide ka na lang ng extra 1,620 pesos just in case.

@ Ongbak... wooooaaaa thank you so much hehehe.

Meron akong good and bad news and I believe dagdag kaalaman na din ito kaya share ko na din.

Bad: Hindi ako matutuloy sa Thailand  AHHHHH. kasi naman nabunggo ako ng rumaragasang kotse. heto disable muna ako, need to rest to recover.

Good: Ok for Cebu pac na magparebook without penalties or any additional cost dahil accident naman ang dahilan ng pagkacancel ng flight. All i have to do is to submit medical certificate with physician's PRC license number. though subject for approval ng cebu pac but at least they have provision for such case. September na lang siguro ako byahe. hehe

eto po sinasabi pag magpapa-book kayo sa cebu pacific through internet mla-bkk-mla

Quote
Airport and Immigration Requirements:

Please be reminded that you are responsible for ensuring that you have valid travel documentation at every entry and exit point.  If you are unsure of the requirements, we recommend that you contact the embassy of your desired destination before purchasing your seat.

Philippine Travel Tax amounting to P1,620 per Filipino guest needs to be paid at the respective airports prior to departure. Terminal fee shall also be paid at the airport.

If you have connecting flights to other airlines, you will have to pick up your bags and clear through Immigration and Customs so please make sure that you have all your visa requirements with you.

Free baggage allowance is 10kg for flights to/ from Boracay(Caticlan); and 15kg for other flights.

tapos when checking the taxes/fees details ng mla-bkk, eto po sinasabi:

Quote
Here is a breakdown of the taxes and fees
that apply to your purchase.

Going Out:
   PHP35.00    PHP   WAF - manual

PHP35.00  PHP  Total Tax & Fees

and when checking the taxes/fees details ng bkk-mla, eto po naman ang nakalagay:

Here is a breakdown of the taxes and fees
that apply to your purchase.

Quote
Coming Back:
   PHP35.00    PHP   WAF - manual
PHP988.00    PHP   Passenger Service Charge - departure out of Thailand

PHP1,023.00  PHP  Total Tax & Fees

clearly from this, yung mla-bkk you have to pay the travel tax and terminal fee. i just recently used a cebu pacific and i paid the travel tax and terminal fee sa airport sa pinas. owwa members are exempted of this, as explained ng ibang members.

sa bkk-mla naman po, yung terminal fee inclusive na po.. travel tax not sure. my sis went back recently using a cebu pacific ticket and she didn't pay anything from this.

@ Ongbak, I rebooked my flight aug 28-sept1. sana nga mas madevelop pa ang Pinas pagdating ng panahon.
