Dear SP forumers (including those who are yet to sign up, have signed up but haven't started posting yet, etc):

There are two events you are invited to join in this weekend and the coming Loy Krathong weeK! Everyone welcome!

1. Saturday, November 8, 2008 at Mabuhay Restaurant, Phetburi Soi 19, from 8PM onwards:

    Please join the SPAS as they start to put up their photos on the second floor of the restaurant. There's buffet 
    dinner at 250 per head. Come one, come all! Let's celebrate with the SPAS on this project!

2. Wednesday, November 12, 2008, right under the Phra Pinklao Bridge, by the Chao Praya River, starting from 6PM,
    mu ka ta :

    Join the SP's as we celebrate Loy Krathong! It's 99 baht per head for the food, and just like earlier times there,
    share-share na lang on the drinks. Please send me a PM if you would like to join this one, coz we have to reserve
    the seats ahead of time. Those who have texted, got your places at the tables all ready!

     Those who are new to Thailand, and you don't know how to get there, please send me a PM, and we'll find a way
     for you to be there! This is a good chance for you to meet other SP members, and to experience one of the most
     celebrated festivals in Thailand (not to mention <on a personal note>, one of the most beautiful and meaningful).

Ooooppsss....I missed na naman po ang isang activity last Saturday night....Hindi kasi available (attended a retreat sa Hua Hin)
For this Wednesday, please let me know the name of the mu ka ta restaurant....di pa rin sure kung makaka-attend....i think it will very traffic jam on that day (as I will be coming from Ayutthaya from 5:00PM)

Pre, we understand. Tsaka retreat naman iyan. Basta include us lang sa mga prayers niyo. Ang location pare, coming from Sanam Luang pag cross mo ng Pinklao bridge andiyan lang siya sa dulo. I mean sa ilalim ng tulay.

If you can make it to our meet up place today early, like 3:00pm, that will be great 'coz the more people there at that time, the easier it will be to secure a prime spot for our Loy Krathong meet up.

If I forgot to thank anyone else for helping out on this one, my apologies... pero maraming salamat po!!!

The barges were majestic, mu ka ta place was festive, wonderful to have new friends come and celebrate, great to touch base with the old hands of Siam Pinoy.

Yes we had a great time last night...may mga kulang sa cast but generally masaya ang dinner meet-up kagabi. We met some new faces and mga datihan na sa SP na ngayon ko lang na meet.
