What is the essence of being a woman?.....the universal answer is just a cliche.....Being an educator for four years now, I have come to see myself as a woman of vigor and poise, blended well.  In spite of the paper works and being indulged with honing students to their productivity, I still have time to pamper myself and keep my cool.  I don't fuss it out...THAT for me is my essence.  To strut my stuff and pull things off smoothly.  I ENJOY teaching and every single excitement, dirt, hassle, adventure of it.  Educators handle life, so love and live that life.   Everytime there's an educational battle, BREATHE, keep YOUR COMPOSURE and powder your nose...always remember, A WOMAN SHOULD BE OF GRACE UNDER PRESSURE.  We are born with it.

Bakit kaya si Grace, parating under pressure? hehehe! joke...

Seriously, though, that was an interesting post. It speaks of good breeding and background if one is able to show grace under pressure. There are many ways to show this; Hemingway said: "Courage is grace under pressure". For me it is also the ability to speak the truth even when error is staring you down. Even when other people continue to insist on saying false things about you. The ability to smile in a storm, as it were.

However, (there's always an however thrown in), showing grace under pressure requires a high degree of self confidence and self assurance. A firm conviction and belief in yourself. What if wala ako nung self confidence na yon? What about those who operate best if they are able to express themselves rather than being stoic and keeping your feelings to yourself?  Diba minsan nakaksama sa health ito? For me also, sometimes, showing displeasure in a situation is cathartic and healing.
