Hi,
Im not working here in Thailand but im living here for a year now.Am i considered as an OFW?
This is important to me since somebody adviced me that if you're an OFW you can ship all your stuff in the Philippines and pay nothing in the Custom,is this true?

Hope somebody can advice me regarding this matter>
Thank you very much!

You are not considered an OFWorker or OCWorker...you are a TOURIST.

The customs officers have nothing to do with your stuff...in your case, you are not shipping goods for sale, aren't you?

Visit the cargo offices at Pratunam Soi 19.

I think you are only considered an OFW when you actually have a working visa in the country where you stay. Iknow some friends who moved back to Philippines with all their belongings. Di ko lang alam how they went about it, but I heard it's probably by using one of those cargo companies in Pratunam. We know of one who handles big loads, if you want their contact. PM me if so...

Aranyaprathet run, as I know, is only done in one day. You don't need to stay in a hotel there. It's about 4 hours going and and 4 hours coming back. Some people do it on their own by bus or train. Most prefer to go about it with a van that runs for the specific purpose of transporting people for a visa run.

Here's an email of someone who could help you - visathai@gmail.com. Please make your inquiries on this email add. I don't have any idea about poi pet though.
