hello ladies!

care to share some beauty secrets and rituals?

ako po, isip pa muna... pero may konti po ako ishe-share for the meantime... (kahit 'di naman ako beauty...hahahahahaha!)

1. when you have breakouts, use calamansi (dito sa thailand, manaw). apply mo sa face mo, then after 10 minutes, wash mo na siya. mahapdi lang talaga siya, pero promise... totoong may himala!

2. don't go to bed without cleaning your face properly. use a mild facial wash ('wag pong soap, nakaka-dry ng skin), toner, and moisturizer.

3. avoid the sun as much as possible (para po 'wag umitim... and nakaka-wrinkles pa eh!)

4. drink water.. water... water... hangga't kaya, sige lang! nakakaganda ng skin... lalo na dito sa thailand, init! we need water talaga!

5. kung tamad magpunta sa salon (or talagang walang pera pumunta ng salon, like me...)   bili na lang po ng hair treatment wax (make sure to read the ingredients, dapat mild sa hair) and sa bahay na lang i-treat ang hair... once a week, pamper your hair! (it's a must! kundi, magwawala ang hair, mahirap i-manage...)

I use a facial skin regimen that comes with a cleanser, a masque and a moisturiser. The cleanser and the moisturiser are musts in the morning and in the evening, before going to bed.

What I like about it is, hindi na nagda-dry skin ko,unlike with other products before. The masque is especially helpful in minimising wrinkles, particularly around the eyes, it helps with my eye bags and lessens the dark circles around my eyes.

It also helps my whole face have a more refreshed and "lifted" look! Kaya tawag sa masque is 30-minute nonsurgical facelift! Really works, peks man! You feel so light and refreshed after 30 minutes.

And it's aloe vera mostly, so very natural!

One tip; ladies, don't use lipstick so often, coz it darkens your lips, and rubs it of its natural moisturise. Kaya hear Mhalou's advise on the water therapy!!!

I like to used lipstick and eyeliner everytime na lalabas ako.di ako makalabas ng wl ang mga yun.

I tried a lot of products( loreal,ponds,olay,boots, etc) for face pero no effect on dark spots casues of pimples or acne.but one time i saw this article in googles about using Apple cider vinegar.I tried it and wow its really works.

1.whitens your skin and dark spots(apply once a week/overnight)
2.help to removes dandruffs(apply once a week then rinse with sahmpoo after 15 mins)
3.you can use as a cuticle remover (apply it in 10-15 mins)
4.loose weight(1-2 table spoon on a warm glass of water and drink it in morning before breakfast)
5.heart burn
6.sunburn

in my case i'm using sugar ang baby oil sa face ko..i mix sugar and oil ang slightly massage it sa face ko..ang after 10 minutes i cleanse it with mild facial wash ( i use ponds)..kahit hindi naman ako pumuputi kahit anong gamit ko ng whitening..but it makes my skin soft talaga..

at agree rin ako sa sinabvi ni mahlou na ung paggamit ng kalamansi..but sakin naman i use it to my knees and elbows para makuha yong kaitiman..heheh..kaya kahit maitim ako at least kinis naman..

tinatanong ko nga nanay ko.."Nay, pumuti na ba ako?"--akalain mu ba naman sagutin ako--"Anak kailang ka ba pumuti?" heheh

3rd motion ako sa calamansi...super effective talaga, pero mahapdi lang talaga but once nasanay na ung skin , ok na. another style is, honey then 2-3 drops of kalamansi(manaw). apply it on your face(or body/part), wait until you feel na nag-dry na na parang mudpack then hilamos with ur usual facial wash.  it will make ur skin soft. ung mga black spots magpeel-off and gives u new baby soft skin.

if resource permits, get a massage(1x/month or 1x/week).  take advantage of those thai massage clinics, mura lang naman.  isipin na lang natin na bayad natin ito sa ating mga sarili sa mga sakripisyo natin s buhay, hehehe.

kung kaya pa ng budget, magpa-body scrub.  ung 500bht worth of spa dito is 2k++ worth sa pinas. kaya go go go girls!

       The products are US -made, Texas to be exact. But I get them here kasi may office na dito. Actually, mga girls diyan, would anybody be interested for a spa/facial masque party? How about we girls get together, bring some of our fave products, homemade or commercial, and just share? Exciting!

For me, just wash your face with mild facial wash before going to bed..

Heto pa, according to the derma na kilala ko there are only 2 causes of pimples
1) hormones = which we cannot do anything about it dahil nagbabago talaga siya specially parating na monthly period mo
2) stress/puyat = this one may magagawa ka..he said na kailangan you are already in deep sleep ng mga 11pm kasi daw our brain releases a hormones for our skin during 12AM-2AM..Kaya iwasan ang magpuyat
