i want to become a lead singer in a band... that's my dream job! challenging, fun... and astig! Wow! nice choice, mhalou! hehe!... challenging - yes!... fun - yes!... astig - yes! ... but the responsibility is also huge... plus the fact that you always have to look good from head to toe all the time...medyo mahirap at nakakapagod! Pag nasa showbiz ka, you can't be yourself and people rarely know you as you are as a person but as the singer on stage... the happy, energetic and cool one. Mahirap just like any other job... but it's the biggest party of your life! Goodluck! sana matupad dream job mo...!

Dream job ko talaga is to become a newscaster... sa CNN! That's why i took mass communication majoring in broadcasting. Until now, i still think it's a very challenging job, smart and glamorous... and yes, well-paying too. Pls don't ask me why I'm a singer now coz it's a long story. But no regrets... as a singer, it's almost the same as a newscaster in front of the camera.... it's show business. So happy na rin ako sa career ko now. Nakakaaliw, nakakatangal ng depression... and it makes me feel young all the time! hehe! I'm 25 forever! Yay! haha!... I'm sure ganon din feeling ni Tatang Peko... my co-singer, hahaha!

I had a teacher when I was sophomore in High School who kumbaga "discovered" my interest in writing. She encouraged me to join an essay writing contest, and later I got involved in our school publication. Nung magco-college na me, I thought of taking up journalism. My grandfather, however told me (and discouraged me) by saying, "walang pera sa journalism". Of course, the "dream career" for most people at that time is to become a nurse, so that' what I did.
But my heart wasn't really in it.
I became a nurse pa rin, but got my first job here in Bangkok teahcing, and never left this profession since.
And because of Siam Pinoy and Master J, I ended up getting my dream job - writing! But in the process, it's not really the image of a typical "journalist" that lures me to play with words. There's such a different satisfaction one gets after you are able to tell one really good story about somebody, knowing others would learn from it, get inspired by it, or perhaps, simply be encouraged by it.
I think no matter what age you are, if hindi mo pa feel that you have landed the career of your dreams yet, it's not too late. Kaya, good luck to Maldita, Mayang, Helen, Mhalou and to others who still want to explore which path would make them the happiest!
Dito sa Thailand, I wonder, meron ba tayong mga Pinay diyan holding high powered jobs? If you know of anybody, please let us know...
