My mother and my sisters. (there are several women in my life)  when i was growing up in cebu, i was a "bad good-boy". there were many times that i deserve to be thrown out of the house, they threatened though, but they never did for reasons i wish to keep for myself. whenever i was not there when i was needed, they were. they taught me a lot. i am learning to forgive. every morning as i pray they are always in my thoughts, for the rest of my life. now i am a good bad-boy.  |

I can never think of anybody else but my mother.
I saw all the hardships in life that she has been through. She's the strongest of all, and i was there on the weakest times of her life. She was never independent, she was never a successful career woman... but the love and the sacrifices she gave for her children was very unique and exceptional... superb! I've learned so many things in life because of her. She's my mentor, my advisor, my idol.
I saw the pain and hardships she suffered when the one and only love of her life left her, me and my brother. She did everything to handle the pain and at the same time gave the best for me and my brother....
I'll continue nalang next time... naiiyak na ako eh...

just like everyone else...yes, my mama. I went through any numbers of different emotions - disbelief, anger, frustration and acceptance. Then the fury came back and the frustration and the sense of total helplessness. i was on an emotional see-saw for the longest time and naturally it was impossible for me to confide in anyone except my mama...there and then...i could handle myself properly.. that's why i'm missing her so much!  |
