First, I used to be hooked to this effect which is even until now napakaganda at appealing pa rin. But dont get me wrong your photo itself is very clear sharp and the colors are simply dead on.

Macro photography alone is very challenging. Couple it with a miniature but live subject, it is really going to test your skills and patience. And you have made it look very easy. Care to share your setup? Is this natural light or did you use flash?

What I am trying to say is. Congrats! You are very consistent with your type of photography. And I am impressed!

maraming salamat po Master J ^^

Set-up ko po, hand held na 18-55mm VR f3.5-5.6 na Nikkor lens. I use built in flash (1/2 kadalasan). I usually use focal length of not less than 35mm, once na gamitin ko ung lens with less than 35mm makikita mo ung shadow nung lens, pwedeng ang solution jan eh maglagay ng diffuser (pwedeng ung takip ng gatas at pwede rin ung takip ng KFC bucket tapos ikabit mo sa may likod  ng lens-likod kasi reversed) sa akin ginamit ko ung tube ng Pringles cut it and shape it make acquire the shape you wanted and idikit nio sa may flash.
