What makes you proud to be a Filipino?

National Utang? Nagkawatakwatak na bayan (MNLF, MILF, Abu, Bansa Moro, NPA, NDF, CPP, Manilenyo vs Syano)?  NEGATIVES

Nanalo is Manny? magaling na musikero?

Proud ba yun? o Defiant?

I have the same exact sentiments.

I am proud, very proud...But, I will tell you something that Thais have started to recognize our crab mentality, because it is also inherent to them. They also have that big time! So, if we can just control it a bit, let us do it.

We are not getting any favor from it anyway. Let us always be different but just, always just.

VERY PROUD TO BE PINOY!!  Philippines

Ending ng National Anthem natin - "...ang mamatay ng dahil sa iyo" - the only n. anthem in the world that ends with these phrase (correct me otherwise).  Kumbaya

I am a 100% Pinoy but deliberately excluded the word PROUD. It causes discrimination and kayabangan.

Still proud. Lahat ng lugar may masamang elemento. And since hindi ko matanggal ang dugong pilipino sa akin, birth certificate, mga magulang ko, apelyido ko, at passport ko - I just keep the hopes held up high. The world remembers the word "Filipino" in every bad news that happen, and whether I like it or not - I am "one". The question remains, since I am "one", what am I doing to make an impact for the better of all Filipinos?  Peace!  Philippines
