Thanks for posting the article. The ad exchange caption/tag at www.siampinoy.com with my latest photo is correct. However, the way the pictures are arranged at http://www.siampinoy.com/ed-exchange/challenges-for-a-non-native-l2-esl-teacher.html seems misplaced, though. I don't know if the web reformats it, or if it's harder to rearrange it. The arrangement on the MS Word format is the more desirable one. I would appreciate it better if this is rearranged according to the orriginal format.
