Hello po! Hope someone can help me out here. I'm an entrepreneur from the Philippines and I will be going to Bangkok on October 4 for some Christmas shopping. Will be reselling the items at bazaars. Ask ko lang kung may alam kayong balikbayan box service from Bangkok to the Philippines? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Also, any good places for wholesale shopping or chatuchak na talaga yun best? I've been to Thailand twice already, and know the usual places (Pratunam, Suan Lum, Chatuchak, MBK, etc) pero baka may alam kayong secret wholesale shopping or something.

I know one Filipino who is the manager of balikbayan cargo.He is well known in Filipino Community.See below details
Their service is door to door service.
By the way dont trust some crago in chatuchak as they will not deliver your goods into your house.They will promise but once the goods arrived they will ask you to pick up the goods at their office in manila.
Try to buy a wholesale at Bombay or Yawalat (China town).Its more cheaper than Chatuchak (about 40% off price compare to chatuchak)

Wow, thanks so much! Thats big help. Really, china town is cheaper? Hmmm, hows the variety of goods and where in Chinatown? Natakot naman ako, I thought they will say they will deliver but they DONT. Thats worse. Hehe, would you know how much they charge for a regular balikbayan box and how long it will take before it gets to Manila? Thanks again, you're a big help  |

Thanks again, you're a big help China town (best na bilhin duon is gold,bags,display sa bahay,damit din) basta sabihin mu sa driver Yawalat .Alam na nila yun.pag baba mu sa mismong Yawalat pwede mu ng lakarin bawat eskinita. Kung damit,tela,bags sa Bobay ka pumunta. Yung jumbo box na lang ang piliin mu kapag manila or any part ng luzon (4,300 - 4,500 approx but not more than 5k ) They have quota of 80 boxes per shipment.transient time is 7 days. Actually kapapadala lang namin last Friday today and loading.So tawag ka muna para malaman mu kailan ang next shipment nila. |

Dont worry nasa export tau . Yung babayaran mung 4,300 baht(let say going to Laguna or Marikina) kasama na lahat duon yung mga taxes,custom clearances,delivery etc kasi bale CIF Manila ang bayad mu sa cargo mu.So wala ka ng poproblemahin. Restrictions : wl naman kasi yung company na mismo ang kukuha ng mga papeles just incase na ang ipadala mu eh furniture,animals.pero kung mga pangkaraniwan lang wlang restriction(foods,clothes,electronics,groceries,etc) wlang limit sa qty and kinds as long as na kasya sa box. basta meron kang listahan(packing list) ng mga inilagay mu sa loob para alam din nila kung ano ide declare nila sa papeles at for your own safety din baka mmaya 2 cellphone pinadala mu isa lang ang na rcvd.Pwede ka mag complain. |

yes they do. kc cla ang magseseal ng BBbox mo. sa harap mo mismo. i think walang charge ang pick up.. ANG MAGANDA sa kanila walang limit ang weight. basta kasya sa box cge lang. |

Other than Kuya Dennis (the more the merrier di ba?), you can also try Joseph Ong of Pratunam. He is not that active in community gatherings but he, I believe is one of the biggest in this area of business. He comes highly recommended by a friend. Why? Normally, in this business they have to lease a container van. In his case (since established na rin siya) he fills it up quickly meaning faster ang pagpapadala sa Pinas ng mga gamit mo. I will get more info of Joseph then you guys can also email him for comparison with other movers. Si kuya Dennis kilala na rin iyan sa community. So, he is also one of the best option. Just have to ask him how frequent siya magpaship.
