Mga siam pinoy bro and sis patulong naman... me WP na ako kaso iba ang amount na nakalagay sa COntract at sa Immigration ok lang ba yun... ina alala ko kasi baka mag penalty ako... yung immigration ba connected sila sa labor? for example kasi yung nasa approved WP ng labor ang sahod ko ay 1baht tapos ang gusto ng immigration ay 5baht. ok lang ba yun? na checheck ba nila yun? or it is just a paper works for filing nila?

and one more kasi last month nag apply ako for tax at kinaltasan ako pero ala pa ako WP nun on the process pa lang ano dapat gawin? hinihingi ng immigration yung income tax return nung company for the last 3 months makikita nila na nandun na ang pangalan ko last month which is conflict sa WP pano to? sorry kasi first time din ng company mag hire ng farang kaya di rin alam ang process... sana matulungan nyo ako... thanks ng marami siam bros and sis

Samadhi

Me WP na ako kaso iba ang amount na nakalagay sa COntract at sa Immigration ok lang ba yun?- What do you mean na sa immigration? Ang amount ng sahod is definitely depends to company which is indicated in your signed contract.

.........and one more kasi last month nag apply ako for tax at kinaltasan ako pero ala pa ako WP nun on the process pa lang ano dapat gawin? hinihingi ng immigration yung income tax return nung company for the last 3 months makikita nila na nandun na ang pangalan ko last month which is conflict sa WP pano to? sorry kasi first time din ng company mag hire ng farang kaya di rin alam ang process.

Hmmm explain your side na on process palang ang yong WP that time. (Ongbak help me with this.) Nauna kang mag file ng tax mo kesa sa pag acquire ng WP. Syempre questionable talaga yon how can you probably pay the tax if you don't have work dva? Ask someone from the labor department on what to do. They know best.

Opinyon ko lang......

hmmm...immigration? i believe the immigration only approves the non-immigrant b visa...not the work permit..only the Ministry of labor has the jurisdiction over the WP and your contract...(correct me if i am wrong)...i am still on my process pa kasi dhay Graciella regarding my visa and wp...kaya medyo di pa ako ganun ka detailed magreply with regards to Samadhi concerns...pero as far as i understood on the process...the Ministry of Labor and the contract from the company must be balance...same amount ito...(but usually may ibang amount naman between company and employee...same sa situation ko...kasi based sa sweldo natin as filipino...nasa average dapat na 35k ang salary natin by theory...pero companies usually gave us half of it or even lower pa...so the company make a "negotiations" with the Ministry of Labor to show to the WP or contract that you are receiving this amount but actually you are receiving lesser... minsan ang company will declare pa na minimum of 15k sweldo mo para wala ka tax na babayaran...but still depends sa company mo....

regarding naman sa tax mo..medyo conflict nga sya kasi nakapost na name mo sa tax returns nila while still you don't have the WP...kasi by laws...you need to have WP before starting to work...pero if on the process na ang WP...possibly legal na...

regarding mine...sa company ko they avoid me to sign any documents from the company until I have the WP...to avoid such problems...i hope i have given you few enlightenment also....

i hope others can say share theirs comments and opinions also to help Samadhi....

ok 1st me WP na ako last may 19th effectivity nya so i have to extend my visa may visa ended yesterday kasi ilang beses ako pabalik balik sa immigration for these past week. before pa mag lapse ang visa ko. last day kahapon. so ngayon ala na ako visa (NON-B) kasi hinihingi nila ei 3 months tax return. bale nagkamali kami march on process ang WP ko kinaltasan na ako ng company for tax (mar) wihout WP approved. next month decide kami na tanggalin na muna ako sa system ngayon the problem is the immmigration is asking for that papers 3 months means feb-april. feb clear ako sa tax, march show that company deducted me for tax then april clear ulit.

conflict kasi di ko na rin alam ang gagawin ko

ganun ba...kasi ganito po...immigration requires not less than 21 days sa passport mo...as your non-b expired already ilang days pa remaining po yung legal stay mo dito sa thailand?

next, the problem is in your company kasi why they post your tax even on the process ka pa sa WP mo...pero andyan na yan...and i still honestly cannot respond pa kung makalusot ka regarding dyan kasi it shows your name sa tax returns nila 1 month without any WP...ask ko lang...you have the non-b visa last march already? if meron kasi pwd yun as what i believe kasi having a non-b visa meaning you can work legally..and i hope ganun na may non-b ka na last march while working...if wala mahirap tlg yan....

always remember that having a non-b visa meaning you can work legally..so your safe kung you have the non-b...(however my opinion is still under clarification also kasi wala pa ako din ganun kalawak na pag unawa and experience...)

hope other forumers can help you also..just don't lose hope...ok? madami ka pa kasi pwd magawang solution sa situation mo...wag masyado guluhin ang isip...
