Do you love reading? Books are friends. Do you love eating? Food makes you feel good. Do you love dancing? It helps to solve the emotional problem. Tears? It releases pain. Love is loving yourself, your health, taking care of your heart which is your feeling. Entertaining a sad or bad feeling is just like listening to sad or bad song/music. Listen to love songs or your fm/music selection. I like chopin.
