Hi guys,

I just came here in Bangkok, one week pa lng. My workplace is within Chulalongkorn University and I'm looking for an apartment. Yung fully-furnished pero safe and not too costly, and most importantly, malapit sana sa BTS. Yung walking distance lang sana. Baka may suggestion naman kayo or baka merong vacant sa may area nyo. So far, I've only inquired from KV Mansion and Tarit Court. Parehong 8,000 baht ang rental. Baka may alam kayong cheaper na ok. I would really appreciate the help Wink

tine in our building which is in Soi 41 Sukhumvit. Studio Type is worth 7500 Baht (not sure if they incresed already)

its a 3minutes walk form BTS Phrom Phong. U can inquire anytime between 9Am till 5PM. if u want we can introduce u on Saturday.

name of teh building is River Court
phone number 026624485 dial 0 when u here the recording. Look for Khun Jimi she speaks english.

aside form Prakanong we have the cheapest along Sukhumvit area. to think that its a 5 minutes walk to emporium only.

Welcome po! And I hope you find the best apartment in town. Pasensiya na coz I can't help u, am up north in CNX.

How impressive naman na sa Chula ka nagwo-work! (We're not worthy...!) Sige, minsan share mo naman ang latest happenings sa iyo. Take care always, don't stay out late at night.

Ndi pa me nakakapunta ng Sukhumvit. I've to an apartment near BTS Ari and also to Sathorn Saint View. Medyo nagustuhan ko yung Ari, 6K lang pro 34 sq.m sya and magaling mag-English yung may-ari. Pero antay ko pa rin yung isang nire-recommend nang isang friend na pinay along ************ daw. Next to her apartment and mas mura. Silipin ko rin. Try ko puntahan uli this weekend yung sa Sukhumvit, Defect. Siguro after magsimba. Last Sunday ksi dapat pupunta na ko after nung 11am mass kaso napag-shopping ako bigla dun sa store ng mga sports goods sa kanto nung papuntang Holy Redeemer, napagod ako he he Ang galing ng sale nila, sulit!

tine close ang office on sunday, so for sure u cant see any of the room that day. but if thts ur only free time then we'll try to make a way... if the one in Ari is good tht means its cheaper, why not take it?

salamat po, powderblue :-) nakalimutan ko palang iupdate, matagal na po akong nakahanap ng apartment pero let's keep on posting here para sa mga bagong salta sa bangkok.

yung apartment ko naman po is sa Dusit area. By BTS, sa Victory Mont station then one short bus ride away. 4k baht naman po ang rent ko. semi-furnished din (all necessary furnitures but no tv, ref and microwave). May wired internet, aircon and own balcony.

But what i like about the place is its a few steps away from the market, maraming vendors sa labas and kilala yung area for good food, dinadayo talaga.

salamat po sa lahat ng nagreply :-)
