Incidents like the visa run by the 8 Pinoys to Laos, which turned fatal for a Pinay, are but reminders that life is fleeting. Though accidents are an unavoidable fact of life, and they could happen to anyone, anywhere in the world, they still bring to the fore many of the risks and difficulties encountered by the Pinoys who work and live outside the Philippines.

Not all of us are lucky to have great jobs with equally great benefits. The majority would fall in a group who encounter a myriad of problems day in and day out.

How do we each deal with such life challenges...

To those of us who have kids and family members here in Thailand, who are yet to secure medical insurances for our loved ones, what do we do when medical emegencies strike?

To those of us who are yet to secure work permits and proper visas for ourselves and/or loved ones, who can we turn to for help when all else fails?

Thanks Madam H for opening this questions and situations.

Well, of course each one of us has this personal solution to this.

I my case, I would still consider my best friend to help me. And that best friend of mine, is my pocket.

Life here for Filipinos are kinda okay for some, and not so good for others...

Wherever we are, we always encounter life's challenges.  The more far we are from our families and friends, the harder for us to win these challenges.... But with God's presence and guidance, we are able to acquire strength to really go on despite of the hardships we are experiencing...

Life is what it is.....

bakit? bakiiiit? bakeeeeet?  Cry
sorry kung maraming tanong  Huh?
lets be thankful kung anuman mayroon tayo..... Wink

As long as we ask God's guidance, anytime anywhere He will take care of us.

But sometimes He will not give what we ask for, He will give what is BEST for us.

Health Tips: I hope everyone  does not get headache for not eating the morning meal because it is the most important of the three. It is better to skip lunch than breakfast.

A very good idea is to invest to your profession such as camera accessories for photographers and books for teachers. <ajarn_ph>

life here in Thailand is almost the same as in Philippines sans the family members and loved ones. i think mas madali mabuhay dito sa thailand than other countries lalo sa mga OFW's cos generally hindi mahal ang cost of living dito compared to Singapore, Dubai and the like. It's even better dahil may SP dito.  Cool
