Farewell to my Beloved PDF Print E-mail
Tuesday, 12 March 2002
By Karla Lancetas

So long farewell I say to you With heart now I leave you Your cherished face will not see Yet sweet memories will ever be Parting has come I won?t forget Those happy moments since we meet I?ll recall them day after day Sweet reminiscence won?t fade away

The hour is here and I must leave But please my dear don?t ever grieve For I shall care for you my dear Though we?re apart and are not near

As I?ll be biding you adios Promise me that you?ll be true Someday soon will be together To live once more with another

Days since you?ve left seems so quiet Life had change with memories only left Thoughts of you ,always reminisced Tell me Noy, why I?m so worried?

Days have passed, felt the sadness of blue Time had come, tears have fallen unto Memories of you filled the lonely planet ?Asked you noy, can you live with it?

Days travelling seems with out ending Patience be patient, promises not breaking Moments with you, a picture of past Promise me Noy, the love that last

Days diffuse to history, peeking in the Horizons Sacrifice I must, my suffering emotion Promise you do, held me for reason Love me Noy, your unspoken passion

But days appear in twilight end And darkness fell, I must pretend Till the dawn forebores a glimpse of light Promise you Noy, be the happiest bride.
