Mr. Pornchai Pornsirigosol is the kind of man who uses his intuition in dealing with other people. When he sees you as a trustworthy man he can’t help himself but to like you. Even more surprisingly, he doesn’t need to find the reason in liking you as long as you have in him the most gratifying first impact. Others may not believe that first impression is lasting but to the man of first impressions, Mr. Pornchai has no doubt that it does last!

Having been in the travel industry for 28 years now, Mr. Pornchai has a broad understanding of other countries’ culture. Ms. Nicha, one of Mr. Pornchai’s employees at Thai Sky in Bangkok who happened to be a Filipino Igorota invited him to witness the Philippine Cordilleran’s unique and invigorating songs and dances during the first year Anniversary of the Association of Cordillerans in Thailand on March 6, 2008 at the Philippine Embassy.    Mr. Pornchai and his wife had their first initiation to an Igorot culture – flexing their muscles with the traditional dance called “Tayaw.” And all was well as they dined with the famous Cordilleran dish called “pinikpikan.”

Mr. Pornchai did not fail to impress the participants when he announced the winner of a free ROUND TRIP ticket to anywhere in Asia under Cebu Pacific Airlines’ fleet and services, Impressed with the Cordilleran warmth and energy, he later announced for another two free ROUND TRIP tickets waiting to be claimed for the Association of Cordillerans in Thailand’s second year anniversary! More good news came when he donated 10,000 baht to the association for the purchase of sound system speakers.

It all started with the group of Cordillerans when he later joined the Philippine Ladies Group charitable activities and gave away free ROUND TRIP ticket during the group’s Summer Dance Party on March 15, 2008.   Most recently, he committed to help fund the Filipino educators in Thailand’s mini-conferences organized by the Filipino Educators Council in Thailand through the Siam Pinoy, a non-profit Filipino community website that fully support the cause of the said council. Indeed, the Thai Sky Group company, the Siam Pinoy, and the Filipino Educators Council in Thailand reflected a win – win community. Fruitful ends can be achieved on being reasonably generous and supportive between and among these units of society.
